Refund policy

Effective August 2026. This policy applies to every purchase made on sodaburny.com and is operated by Brightledge Nutrition LLC, 74 W Federal Street, Suite 210, Youngstown, OH 44503.

1. The promise

Every SodaBurn package, 2, 3 or 6 bottles, is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee measured from the carrier's recorded delivery date. Inside that window you may return the order for a refund of the purchase price, opened and empty bottles included.

2. The fair-use condition

Because the typical turning point reported by customers falls after week 3, we ask that you use the drops for at least 30 days before deciding. Refund requests are honored inside the window either way; the 30-day ask is a request, not a trap.

3. How to claim

1. Write to [email protected] or call (330) 953-0244 with your order number.
2. We reply with a return authorization and the warehouse address.
3. Ship every bottle back. Return postage is paid by the customer and is not refunded.
4. Within 5 to 10 business days of the return being logged, the refund issues to the original payment card.

4. What is not covered

Original outbound shipping fees on 2-bottle orders, return postage, and bottles bought from any seller other than sodaburny.com. Marketplace listings are not our stock and cannot be refunded by us.
