What we collect

• Order details you provide at checkout: name, shipping address, email, phone.
• Ordinary server logs: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps.
• Messages you send to support, kept so we can resolve your request.

Payment card numbers are handled by the payment processor on its encrypted page; they never touch our servers and our staff never sees them.

What we do with it

Fulfill orders, deliver tracking updates, answer support requests, honor the 60-day guarantee, and keep basic sales records the tax authorities require. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

The site uses a small session-storage flag for interface preferences (for example, dismissing the order bar). No cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to request a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows. Transactional email stops when your order is complete; we send no newsletter unless you ask for one.
